Land Rover Range Rover Velar

  • The Velar is one of the models in the Range Rover family (Land Rover / Jaguar‑Land Rover). It sits between the smaller Evoque and the bigger Range Rover Sport in the lineup. It emphasizes style, luxury, and on‑road comfort, while still having good off‑road capability.

  • The name “Velar” actually comes from the original Jaguar Land Rover prototype model designations used way back in 1969.

  Design & Interior

  • Very sleek, modern & clean design. Flush / hidden door handles, strong body lines, a clean continuous waist‑line. Recent updates include Pixel LED headlights, a refined grille, revised bumpers etc.

  Price & Variants (India):

  • The Autobiography trim is priced at ~ ₹ 89.90 lakh (ex-showroom). 

  • There are lower trims like the Dynamic SE which are less expensive (~ ₹ 84.90 lakh) depending on engine & options.
